Ultra Productions provides a single creative and production lead for the complete space. We develop the visual direction, plan how every element works together and coordinate our trusted specialist partners from the initial site visit through to installation and final handover.

Designed as one environment
Lighting should belong with the draping. The bar should sit naturally within the layout. Furniture, production and guest movement should all feel considered before anything arrives on site.
We approach the marquee as a complete temporary venue, balancing its practical requirements with the visual detail of the event. Rather than selecting each element in isolation, we create a consistent material, colour and lighting direction across the entire space.
This may mean a warm, intimate setting for a private dinner; a refined environment for a milestone celebration or a dramatic transformation into a nightclub for dancing.

For selected projects, we can create a scaled 3D visual representation of the proposed marquee and its interior.
This allows you to understand the layout, proportions and atmosphere before installation begins, incorporating the proposed lighting, staging, draping, furniture, bar and production features.
Visualisation also gives the wider supplier team a clear shared reference, helping the finished space remain faithful to the agreed direction.
Managed from first concept to final handover
01 — Consultation and site review
We begin with the occasion, location, guest numbers and practical requirements. A site visit allows the wider supplier team to assess access, ground conditions, power and the most suitable position for the structure.
02 — Creative and technical design
Develop the layout and visual direction, bringing together the marquee, lighting, sound, draping, furniture, bar and supporting infrastructure. Selected projects can include 3D visualisation.
03 — Proposal and coordination
You receive a considered proposal for the complete production. We confirm trusted specialist partners, technical responsibilities and a coordinated installation schedule.
04 — Installation and event delivery
Our production team coordinates the wider installation and final presentation of the space, with appropriate specialist suppliers responsible for the installation and certification of their respective elements.
05 — Removal and site clearance
Following the event, we coordinate the production removal and supplier schedule, leaving the site clear and the project properly concluded.
